General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between the client and MyBrandE. By engaging the agency for any digital project, the client agrees to the rules and terms outlined in this binding document.

Scope of Work

MyBrandE provides professional digital design, web development, and search optimization services. The specific deliverables, exact project timelines, and total service costs for each individual project will be outlined clearly in a formal quote or service agreement provided to the client prior to the commencement of any work.

Service Specific Payment Structures

The agency operates on highly transparent, staged billing structures designed to protect both the agency and the client. Because project scopes vary, the payment schedule adapts to the specific service provided.

• Initial Deposit: A universal 25 percent deposit is required to secure the project schedule and begin the initial strategy or design phase. Active work will not commence until this initial deposit clears.
• Scheduled Installments: The remaining project balance is collected through staged percentage payments or scheduled weekly installments, depending entirely on the specific service package. The exact breakdown of these subsequent payments will be explicitly detailed in the official project quote. Final production files, website launches, and commercial ownership transfers will only occur after the entire project balance is cleared in full.

Refund Policy

MyBrandE prioritizes absolute client satisfaction. If the client is entirely unsatisfied with the initial concept presented during the very first stage of the project, the agency will issue a full refund of the 25 percent deposit. Once the client approves the initial direction and requests revisions or authorizes the next production phase, the deposit becomes entirely non refundable.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All digital concepts, website code, and visual assets remain the exclusive property of MyBrandE during the active development phase. Upon receipt of the final scheduled payment, full commercial ownership and all related intellectual property rights transfer entirely to the client. The agency reserves the right to display completed projects within the official MyBrandE portfolio unless a strict non disclosure agreement is signed prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide clear project briefs, timely feedback, and any necessary business assets required to complete the project. Delays in client communication or failure to provide required materials may result in adjusted project delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

MyBrandE delivers high quality digital assets and strategic search optimization based on proven industry standards. However, the agency cannot guarantee specific financial returns, exact sales metrics, or permanent search engine rankings, as these factors rely on external market conditions and third party algorithms. The agency is not liable for any indirect business losses arising from the use of the delivered digital services.
