How It Works
Start with 25% deposit
Projects begin with a 25% deposit. Once the deposit is received, initial work is created and shared for client review. This early work gives clients a chance to see the direction and approach before committing to the full project. If the direction isn’t right, deposits are refunded in full.
Progress & Review
Once clients approve the early work and decide to continue, remaining payments are made in stages as work progresses. Clients review completed sections before paying for the next stage of work. This staged approach ensures clients see progress throughout the project.
Completion
Final payment is due before finished files are delivered. Communication throughout the project happens through email, with clients providing project details and feedback at agreed stages. Files are delivered digitally once the project is complete.
Common Questions
Are deposits refundable?
Yes. Initial deposits are refundable after clients review early work. This gives you a chance to see the approach and decide if you want to continue. If you choose not to continue after reviewing the initial work, your deposit is refunded in full. Once you approve the early work and the project continues, payments become non-refundable because work has been completed based on your approval.
How does communication work?
Communication happens through email throughout the project. You share project details, content, and any specific requirements at the start. Work is sent for your review at agreed stages, and you provide feedback through email. Questions are answered by email, and final files are delivered digitally once the project is complete.

Yes. The primary focus is New Zealand small businesses, but projects from other regions are accepted. All work is completed remotely and delivered online, so location isn’t a limitation. Pricing and payment terms remain the same regardless of location.
